some cases we might need Doctor’s referral if required by the policy.  

In case where the insurance is denied, rejected or suspended, It is the Client’s responsibility to cover all in home physiotherapy treatment fees for all the sessions at the end of each treatment.

Tamaray Community Physiotherapy is responsible in providing you the required forms & invoice for your reimbursement once we have received your payment for each treatment session.

The physiotherapist will work with the client to determine the appropriate treatment plan for every individual at the end of the initial visit.

Your first assessment consists of an initial assessment, We perform a thorough assessment to understand your health history, nature of the injury, your activities in daily life as well as goals for recovery.

Our whole Assessment and Treatment sessions will extend up to 60 Minutes, which is based on our physical examination your therapist will be preparing a clear treatment plan which is shared an outline with clients. We communicate with physicians, specialists, therapists, case managers as necessary.

Tamaray in home physiotherapy will provide only Registered Physical Therapist fully Licensed by CPTBC , It Means that all of your treatment protocol costs are eligible for reimbursement through extended healthcare benefits.

You will not have any students or physiotherapy aides, interim physiotherapist registrants providing you substandard treatment.

Documented copies of clinical notes and records will be maintained for ten years.

The aim of the treatment procedure will focus on pain management, restoring ROM, balance training, Falls prevention, Stroke Management, neuromuscular, Orthopaedic Sports Injuries,

Personal Trainer & Kinesiology, manipulation, mobilization, manual therapy, Concussion Management, pre and post surgical specific exercises, Active Rehab, other Modalities.

Appointments available 7 days a week

Please note that we require 24 hours of prior notice for cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours of notice you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the appointment.

If you are ( COVID-19 ) symptomatic such as fever, cough, sore throat, or runny nose, within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
